Trainer Eraldo Maglara, NSCA-CPT of Marlboro, NJ and his fitness team plan to serve up a healthy dose of professional tips and techniques for men and women of all ages on his new show, ?Jersey Fit.? Launching this fall, the series of half hour shows, produced by NJ Discover, will air on Wednesday and Saturday mornings this fall on Comcast.

Eraldo and the ?Jersey Fit Girls?, four women ranging in ages 24 to 48, will demonstrate for viewers how to get focused, stay strong and tone the body by using proper techniques and exercises. ?Physical activity can and should be part of our daily lives,? said Ronda Flick, age 48, Jersey Fit Girl from Manalapan, NJ. ?Today, not everyone can afford to join a gym, hire a personal trainer or purchase equipment to get in shape. Our show offers New Jerseyans a great morning workout and professional health and fitness advice at no cost, other than some sweat equity.?

Each ?Jersey Fit? episode will be filmed at a different New Jersey location and feature various special guests who specialize in fitness, sports, holistic health and medical science. Host, Eraldo Maglara will also educate viewers on the latest trends in the fitness industry and where to find health conscious and affordable activities, food, vitamins, equipment and workout apparel from across New Jersey. The show?s first episode will feature, Dr. Sharon Barnum Link of A & A Chiropractic in Morganville.
